Job description:
- Collect and analyze information about the market, competitor, product and market segmentation, customer groups, assigned areas.
- Propose new products consistent with the region and the province are assigned.
- Implement the business plan, finding customers and promote contracting
- Planning for client development, marketing, sales by month / quarter.
- To receive information, the requirements of customers. Contact, answer, advice on quality, price products ... for customers.
- Make a list of potential customers, the proposed plan / Approach, meet customer care to promote, introduce products / services.
- Coordinate with other units / individuals concerned and offered to enter into negotiations, contracting promotion.
- To monitor and supervise the implementation of contracts, support delivery and support debt collection
- Check and urge the implementation process to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deadlines.
- Support branch accounting records to complete payment and urging debt collection due, overdue.
- Manage customer records and perform customer care plan.
- Prepare customer profile management.
- Schedule and implement customer care according to quarterly / year.
- Seize operations, financial condition of its customers by management.
- Implementation of reporting and perform other tasks as requested by the manager directly.
- Periodic reports directly to the management and leadership of business performance area, customer management.
- Implementation planning mode and the periodic reports directly to management.
- Perform other duties as functional requirements of the management directly.
- Perform all requests from superiors.
- Schedule a weekly report to superiors.
- Compliance with company rules.

- Foreign Language: English communication
